Masjid Sound System Giveaway – Terms & Conditions (UK)

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised and promoted by Salah Sound, registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to UK-based Mosques/Masjids only. 
• Entries must be submitted on behalf of the organisation by an authorised representative. 
• A valid official mosque/Masjid email address is required. 
• Entries from personal email accounts will be rejected. 
• Only one entry per Masjid is permitted. 
• Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

 

3. Giveaway Period

• Opens a few days after the start of Ramadan. 
• Final entries close on the 29th night of Ramadan (UK time). 
• Winner announced on Eid day via social media and/or WhatsApp. 

 

4. How to Enter

Eligible Masjids may enter via: 

• Official website entry form 
• Approved social media links directing to the entry form 

Entrants must provide accurate organisational details and required consent confirmations. 

The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility. 

 

5. The Prize

• One winning Masjid will receive a sound system package worth up to £10,000 installed by Salah Sounds only (incl. VAT where applicable). 
• Specification determined by the promoter based on reasonable needs and site suitability. 
• Prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged. 
• Installation must be within mainland UK unless otherwise agreed. 

 

6. Winner Selection

• Winner selected via random draw from all valid eligible entries. 
• Draw takes place after entries close and before or on Eid day. 
• Promoter’s decision is final. 

 

7. Winner Notification & Announcement

• Winner contacted directly using provided details. 
• If no response within 14 days, an alternative winner may be selected. 
• Winning Masjid name and location may be publicly announced. 

 

8. Entrant Offer (Non‑Winning Entries)

• All valid entrants may receive a 10% discount on their next purchase. 
• No cash value. 
• Must be used no later than two (2) months before the start of the next Ramadan. 
• May be subject to minimum order value or standard business terms. 

 

9. Data Protection & Marketing Consent

• Data processed in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. 
• Used to administer the giveaway and contact entrants about relevant products/services where consent is provided. 
• Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Liability

• Promoter not responsible for technical failures, lost/delayed entries, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. 
• Liability limited to the value of the prize where permitted by law. 

 

11. Right to Amend or Cancel

• Promoter may amend terms, substitute prize of equal/greater value, or cancel/suspend if necessary. 
• Updates published on official website. 

 

12. Governing Law

• Governed by the laws of England and Wales. 
• Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
